Self-Defense based close-quarters combat. Kun Tao utilizes techniques that are similar to many different styles. The highlights of Kun Tao are joint manipulations, limb destruction, redirection, strong and direct strikes, pain compliance, and off balancing. At the advanced level training is very physical and a main focus is building tenacity.
